This is the latest addition in our all-natural syrups range. Though systematic cultivation of pomegranates is quite recent on our Island, this ?super? fruit has a long tradition in Cyprus rural life. The syrup made exclusively out of fruits is rather tart than sweet and has a vivid fresh pomegranate flavour. We have kept this as natural as possible by not adding any sugars or sweeteners whatsoever, something very rare for this type of product. It is rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients, which help maintain a healthy balance.
The exquisite flavour of this syrup means it is great used on any of your favourite salads, as well as deserts such as pancakes, ice cream and apple pie, to name a few! Can also be mixed with water and poured over ice for a refreshing drink. Many cultures use as a natural remedy for burns.
